1. General Overview & Acceptance of Terms

Aroma Purely is a premier Pakistani wellness brand specializing in 100% pure, therapeutic-grade, steam-distilled and cold-pressed essential oils. These terms apply to all visitors, registered customers, and purchasers across Pakistan. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our website.

2. Essential Oil Safety & Therapeutic Disclaimer

All statements and information regarding botanical extracts (such as Rosemary, Tea Tree, Lavender, Peppermint, and Eucalyptus) on this website are provided strictly for educational and self-care purposes:

  1. External Aromatherapy & Topical Use Only: Pure essential oils must never be swallowed or ingested without medical prescription from a qualified physician.
  2. Mandatory Carrier Oil Dilution: Pure essential oils are highly potent plant essences. Always dilute 2 to 3 drops per tablespoon (15ml) of carrier oil (such as jojoba, almond, argan, or coconut oil) before applying to hair, scalp, or skin.
  3. Patch Test: Perform a 24-hour patch test on your inner arm before first topical use.
  4. Medical Disclaimer: Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any chronic disease. Pregnant or nursing women and individuals with medical conditions should consult a certified healthcare professional before use.

3. Product Pricing & Cash on Delivery (COD)

All prices listed on Aroma Purely are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). We strive for 100% accuracy in pricing and availability; however, in the rare event of a technical typographical error, we reserve the right to cancel or amend affected orders with prompt notification to the buyer.

We proudly offer Cash on Delivery (COD) throughout Pakistan. When you place a COD order, you agree to pay the total invoice amount in cash to the delivery rider upon handover of your parcel.

4. Shipping, Dispatch & Order Cancellations

Orders are dispatched within 24 to 48 business hours and delivered via leading courier networks (TCS, Leopards, Trax) within 2 to 4 business days nationwide. You may cancel an order before dispatch by messaging our WhatsApp support line at +92-348-4570125. Once an order is handed over to the courier rider, cancellation is no longer possible and the standard Shipping & Returns Policy applies.

5. Intellectual Property & Governing Law

All brand graphics, product labels, photos, text, and custom code on this site are the exclusive property of Aroma Purely. Unauthorized copying or redistribution without written permission is prohibited under Pakistani Intellectual Property Laws. These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.
