2. Payment Method: Cash on Delivery (COD)

For your maximum convenience and trust, all orders are shipped on a Cash on Delivery (COD) basis. You do not need a credit or debit card to order. Simply inspect the outer seal of your package when the courier rider arrives at your doorstep and pay the exact invoice amount in cash.

Every Aroma Purely essential oil is bottled in premium, UV-protective dark amber glass bottles with secure leak-proof dropper caps, wrapped in shock-absorbing protective cushioning to ensure zero leakage or transit breakage.

4. Hassle-Free 7-Day Return & Exchange Policy

We stand firmly behind the therapeutic quality and purity of our essential oils. If you experience any of the following issues, you are eligible for an immediate replacement or full refund within 7 days of parcel receipt:

  1. The parcel arrived broken, leaked, or damaged during courier handling.
  2. The tamper-evident bottle seal was damaged or broken upon arrival.
  3. You received the incorrect product or fragrance variant.

Note: Due to strict health, hygiene, and botanical purity protocols, bottles that have been unsealed, opened, or used cannot be returned unless verified defective by our quality control team.
